Job SummaryThe Facility Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the day-to-day operational activities of long-term care services and programs at our Carrot River Health Care Centre. This includes ensuring quality care and services through the implementation of policies and standards that meet best practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the long-term care services and programs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care and services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide leadership and support to staff to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive organizational success
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership and management
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin) or equivalent degree
- Health Care Administration diploma or equivalent
- Nursing diploma or equivalent
