Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the day-to-day operational activities of our long-term care services in Carrot River.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration and leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in managing healthcare services and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin) or equivalent.
  • Healthcare Administration diploma or equivalent.
  • Nursing diploma or equivalent.
