About the Role
  • Lead complex projects of various sizes, managing multi-disciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, support staff, executive leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all planning activities, including project charter development, requirements gathering, scope definition, schedule development, and risk planning.
  • Manage project relationships, foster productive collaboration, and determine stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Execute the project plan, ensuring the project remains within its schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate roadblocks as required.
  • Lead change management activities and coach business leaders on their role in managing change on the project.
  • Formally close the project, ensuring the completion of major deliverables and achievement of business goals.
