Events Marketing Manager Specialist

Join our team as an Events Marketing Manager Specialist and create world-class events that deliver unique customer experiences while ensuring brand consistency.
Your Role- Drive full pre-during-post event activities and projects at a strategic level in a complex, multi-language, multi-cultural environment globally.
- Ensure events are part of the Integrated customer decision journey and deliver robust ROMI.
- Manage preferred agency relationships, onboard new agencies, and comply with audit requirements.
- You have 4+ years of experience managing corporate events across a complex organization, with 5+ years of relevant experience if you possess a high school degree.
- You possess project management and organization skills, with the ability to lead internal and external resources.
- You have a Bachelor's degree.
- You can successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Proficiency in MS Office, lean process, and project methodology tools is a plus, as is proficiency in Salesforce, MS Team, Sharepoint, and other event management tools.
- Travel requirements may be up to 20%.

The pay range for this position is $53,550 to $84,150. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
At Philips, compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mississauga, Canada.
