Your role:
- Drive full pre-during-post event activities and projects at a strategic level and in complex, multi-language, multi-cultural environment globally
- Ensure that events are part of the Integrated customer decision journey, and deliver robust ROMI
- Manage preferred agency relationships, onboard new agencies, comply to audit requirement
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 4+ years of experience managing corporate events across a complex organization
- Your skills include Project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources
- You have a Bachelor's degree and/or a HS diploma with an equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience is required
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Proficiency in MS office, lean process and project methodology tools are a plus as well as Salesforce, MS Team, Sharepoint and other event management tools which are also a plus
- Travel requirements may be up to 20%

Philips Transparency Details
Canada – Exempt (Salaried)
The pay range for this position is $53,550 to $84,150. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
