About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grant's Foodmart. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including event planning, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, such as product launches, promotions, and trade shows, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage with our target audience and promote our products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior, and to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
  • Skills: Strong marketing and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
