- Ability to understand and define opportunities related to artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
- Experience and professional interest in GenAI and LLM.
- Proven ability to build consensus and alignment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS.
- Avid consumer of current and emerging technologies.
- Experience with data-driven decision making, user engagement metrics/insight and business intelligence and analytics use cases.
- Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, and quality assurance principles.
