We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop detailed requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget.
- Design and implement high-level solutions that meet business needs and align with company goals.
- Manage integration across the Salesforce platform and ensure seamless data flow.
- Own a portfolio of products/initiatives and make strategic decisions to maximize business value.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner and leading a technical team.
- Experience with Agile methodology, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives.
- Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and engineers.
- Ability to create and own user stories/business requirements documents and detail out user stories in Agile sprints.
- Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
- Participate in roadmap planning and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
- Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
- React to process and product-related questions and escalate issues to the correct team or management as necessary.
- Coordinate and participate in UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
- Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets.
- Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders to drive discussion.
- Self-directed, with the ability to break down complex processes, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
- Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience working on quote to cash domain and Salesforce Platform.
- Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team's success, with highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional, or potentially controversial situations.
- Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork.
- Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value for the life of the project.
- Acting as the key product feature decision-maker, maximizing the value of the product.
