Job Summary

Under the direction of the Manager, Continuing Education, and in cooperation with faculty and staff, this position is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the successful delivery of School of Access & Continuing Education programs/courses/contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to CE Coordinators, including project management, course evaluations, and logistical planning.
  • Assist with course and faculty evaluations, curriculum maintenance, and resource collection.
  • Communicate with instructors, students, and the public regarding course information.
  • Research labour market data and industry requirements.
Requirements
  • Recognized two-year diploma in Office Administration or Business Management.
  • 2 years or more of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adult Education teaching and learning philosophy.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time leave replacement position with a variable schedule.
