- Conduct regular courtesy follow-ups with clients via phone or in-person visits.
- Maintain a client and sales follow-up register as defined by the company.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to retain their business.
- Expand the assigned territory to increase the company's market share and sell equipment and machinery to new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to clients.
- Accurately complete all sales transaction documents.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, benefits, and features through John Deere training activities.
- Stay informed about market trends that may impact sales.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and policies in the workplace.
- Interest in starting a career in sales.
- Passion for agriculture, business, or the industrial field.
- Functional English language skills (an asset for serving English-speaking clients).
- Verbal communication, active listening, understanding of client needs, persuasive, tenacious, autonomous, disciplined, and a passion for customer service.
- Base salary + commissions.
- Group insurance after 3 months of seniority.
