We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service to join our team. We are looking for a collaborative individual who will provide value-added service by supporting all sales-related functions for our existing customers and who will enthusiastically contribute to the development, attraction, and servicing of potential customers.
- **Inside Sales Representative / Customer Services Responsibilities**:_
- Manage communication with customers using all available communication channels.
- Process customer orders in accordance with the terms of their individual contractual agreements.
- Prepare and process bid requests and follow-ups.
- Keep customers informed by promoting our products to meet their commercial inventory needs.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- Maintain a customer accounts database.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve targets and objectives as defined by management.
- Perform other related tasks as needed or as assigned.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the professional Horticulture Industry.
- Proficiency in computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of SAP is an asset).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A strong sense of urgency and a focus on customer service.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and potentially conflicting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A passion for learning and professional development to enhance your knowledge.
- Verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are required.

Nous recherchons un Représentant des ventes internes / Service à la clientèle expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe.
