We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to individuals and families in our community.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intake assessments, interventions, and navigation services to individuals and families with mental health and addiction issues.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide clinical services, including psychiatric nursing assessments, care planning, and treatment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, including treatment programs and support agencies.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and families on mental health and addiction issues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

**Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in community mental health and addictions services.
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma (DPN) or equivalent.
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
