Job Title: Nurse Position in Mental Health Community Case Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in Mental Health Community Case Management. The successful candidate will work with clients with chronic and persistent mental illnesses in a community setting using case management and recovery models of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients with chronic and persistent mental illnesses in a community setting
  • Use case management and recovery models of care
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Mental Health and Addictions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

Competencies:

  • Basic - Counseling skills
  • Basic - Organizational skills
  • Basic - Writing skills
  • Basic - Computer skills
  • Basic - Communication skills
  • Basic - Verbal communication skills
  • Basic - Interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledge in applicable Acts

Other Information:

  • Travel required
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
