Seeking a detail-oriented Branch Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to clients and employees in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and internal/external partners.
  • Provide attentive and accurate service to staff and clients, responding to their needs.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including reviewing and reconciling reports, processing transactions, and maintaining files.
  • Support advisor teams by processing incoming and outgoing funds, account opening and maintenance documentation, etc.

Requirements:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
  • Ability to complete duties independently, seeking out own answers and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the securities industry.
