Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a specific geographic area. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional service and solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated sales territory to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
  • Service existing accounts and grow business through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify, target, and convert prospect accounts to drive new business growth.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional activity budgets.
  • Support the execution of marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
  • Participate in regional and national trade shows to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • CRM Activities:
  • Utilize Straumann's SAP CRM platform to plan and measure activities, identify trends, and drive business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device industry experience
  • Prior sales experience with physicians as the principal point of contact
  • Proficiency in consultative selling with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related method
