L'opportunité

Ce poste est situé à Victoriaville dans la division des produits pharmaceutiques établis (EPD). À travers EPD, nous nous engageons à apporter les avantages de nos médicaments de confiance au plus grand nombre de personnes dans les pays à la croissance la plus rapide au monde. Notre vaste portefeuille de médicaments génériques de marque différenciés et de haute qualité s'étend à de multiples domaines thérapeutiques, notamment la gastro-entérologie, la santé des femmes, le cardiométabolique, la gestion de la douleur, du système nerveux central et les voies respiratoires.

Ce que vous ferez

• Assurer et planifier le maintien et la coordination des travaux d'entretien du bâtiment et des équipements de production;

• Effectuer le suivi au quotidien de l'équipe sur les tâches critiques et les standards à maintenir, réviser les bons de travail;

• Planifier et coordonner les activités du département conjointement avec les autres départements, spécialement lors des arrêts pour interventions;

• Supporter son équipe à atteindre les objectifs et mettre en place les moyens pour y arriver;

• Promouvoir et assurer le maintien des standards de santé-sécurité et de qualité au travail;

• Contrôler les dépenses du département;

• Investiguer et intervenir directement en cas de défaillance majeure ou de pannes répétées;

• Gérer l'équipe de technicien de maintenance et l'équipe d'instrumentation;

• Planifier l'horaire et les activités de l'équipe;

• Remplacer le gestionnaire de maintenance au besoin.

Compétences requises

• Baccalauréat dans le domaine de l'ingénierie;

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais);

• 3-5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;

• 1 an dans un département de maintenance;

• 2 ans en ingénierie mécanique ou en supervision de maintenance;

• Expérience en gestion de budget;

• Excellente maîtrise de PowerPoint, Microsoft Word et Excel;

• Leadership;

• Prise de décision;

• Capacité d'analyse et résolution de problèmes;

• Sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation;

• Communication efficace;

• Planification de maintenance;

• Expérience en automatisation (un atout).

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Victoriaville location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division (EPD). In EPD, we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world's fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

What You'll Do

• Ensure and plan the maintenance and coordination of maintenance work on the building and of maintenance work on the building and production equipment equipment;

• Follow up on the team's day-to-day work on critical tasks and on standards targets to maintain, review work order;

• Plan and coordinate the activities of the department jointly with other departments, especially on scheduled shutdown for maintenance;

• Support your team in achieving objectives and put in place the means to achieve them;

• Promote and ensure the maintenance of occupational health and safety and quality standards;

• Control the department's expenses;

• Investigate and act directly in the event of major failures or repeated breakdowns;

• Manage the maintenance technician team and the instrumentation team;

• Plan the schedule and activities of the team;

• Replace the manager if needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering;

• Bilingualism (French and English);

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;

• 1 year of experience in a maintenance department;

• 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance supervision;

• Experience in budget management;

• Strong proficiency in Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel;

• Leadership skills;

• Decision-making skills;

• Analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Sense of responsibility and organization;

• Effective communication;

• Maintenance planning;

• Experience in automation (an asset).
