We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Clinique. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coaching: Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate.
- Retail Operations: Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Team Development: Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and authentic experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, ensuring that the store is always looking its best.
- Proven Retail Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Retail Operations: Experience with cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures, and store maintenance.
