As a Mechanical Maintenance Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities include:
- Minimize production disruptions by accurately diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain reliability and availability.
- Conduct routine inspections on operational equipment to identify potential problems.
- Ensure the availability of necessary technical resources, maintaining an adequate stock level.
- Support Base Maintenance Supervisors in executing preventative maintenance tasks during production and scheduled interventions.
- Collaborate with Base Maintenance Supervisors in conducting failure analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental standards and practices. Report any incidents or observations, participate in investigations, and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Implement preventative and corrective actions, update risk assessments, and environmental impact evaluations.
- Manage and maintain the maintenance information system and technical documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to maintenance programs aimed at optimizing energy consumption.
- Analyze complex technical issues, interpret data, and recommend solutions.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy.
- Lead employees during assigned shifts, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Uphold Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Motivate, coach, communicate effectively with, and develop your team members. Manage HR-related activities in accordance with established procedures. Protect company assets and resources assigned to your area of responsibility.
