Job Summary:

Culligan International is seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Advisor to provide technical support to key customers within a geographic area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, product training, and technical expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to key customers, including troubleshooting assistance, product training, and quality reporting.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for dealership associates, including service, sales, and office staff.
  • Conduct periodic Household Service Training Schools and Commercial Service Training Schools.
  • Provide on-site product support, installation supervision, and operator training on Culligan Commercial and Industrial products.
  • Support sales growth opportunities through teamwork with Regional Sales Manager, Commercial Dealer Support, and Commercial & Market Development teams.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College or technical degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Classroom instructor or teacher experience is highly desirable.
  • Up to 70% travel required.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong mathematical skills, including understanding of reference materials such as tables and charts.
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping, and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Good mechanical aptitude required; must be able to detect cause of failure in water treatment system components.
