Job Title: Mechanical Technical Advisor

Culligan is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technical Advisor to provide technical support to key customers within a geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water treatment industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and product training
  • Support the development and implementation of technical solutions for Culligan products
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product training meetings and seminars for dealership associates
  • Participate in two-way communication of product and service-related information between distribution and Culligan Product Development and Quality Assurance
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry
  • College or technical degree preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping, and electrical wiring diagrams
  • Good mechanical aptitude required
