What you'll be doing:

As a Parts & Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth by managing the sales of parts and aftermarket products for our HVAC equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our aftermarket sales.

  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for parts and aftermarket products within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • New Business Development: Identify and target new clients within the territory, effectively communicating the value proposition of our aftermarket products and services.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our HVAC equipment and parts to effectively advise clients on the selection and usage of aftermarket products.
  • Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for aftermarket products and services, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery of products, and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using the company's CRM system.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in aftermarket sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand HVAC equipment and parts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
