Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients.

Customer Focus:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance on our range of banking products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial well-being.

Operational Excellence:

  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of business processes and procedures.
  • Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and support a positive work environment.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and development activities to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
