- Stay up-to-date on our personal banking products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively advise customers and meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
