Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the quality and visual appearance of bakery merchandise, including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
  2. Stock and display products in a safe and appealing manner.
  3. Adhere to food safety and handling procedures, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and cleaning.
  4. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  5. Prepare bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
