Join our team as a Housekeeping & Laundry Guest Environment Expert at Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and guest service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
