- Assist customers with processing transactions through the self-service area, providing clear instructions and support as needed.

- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Respond to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, resolving issues and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to address technical issues and maintain a smooth operation of the self-service area.
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
