- Assist customers with processing transactions through the self-service area, providing clear instructions and support as needed.

- Respond to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms and complete necessary documentation.

- Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated location after use.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
