Loss Prevention Investigator role at London Drugs involves conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with security standards, and analyzing data to detect internal causes of shrink and loss.

We are seeking a well-organized individual with high attention to detail, ability to analyze data, and a strong sense of personal and professional ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting investigations into internal integrity issues, claims, information privacy, loss of inventory, organized retail crime, or serious financial crime
  • Working with systems and internal and external stakeholders to detect internal causes of shrink and loss
  • Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations
  • Conducting investigations in a professional, legal, ethical, and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in security practices and investigative processes
  • Extensive knowledge of criminal code sections applicable to loss prevention
  • Minimum of 2 years Loss Prevention or related security experience
  • Provincial security worker license
  • Industry relevant training and professional certification (i.e. CFL, LPQ, PCI) considered an asset

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
