Loss Prevention Investigator

London Drugs Limited is seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team at our Head Office in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into internal integrity issues, claims, information privacy, loss of inventory, organized retail crime, and serious financial crime.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of criminal code sections applicable to loss prevention and a minimum of 2 years of experience in security practices and investigative processes. A provincial security worker license is required, and industry-relevant training and professional certification would be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into internal integrity issues, claims, information privacy, loss of inventory, organized retail crime, and serious financial crime
- Work with systems and internal and external stakeholders to detect internal causes of shrink and loss
- Ensure compliance to security standards and regulations
- Conduct investigations in a professional, legal, ethical, and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security practices and investigative processes
- Extensive knowledge of criminal code sections applicable to loss prevention
- Provincial security worker license
- Industry-relevant training and professional certification (i.e. CFL, LPQ, PCI)
