Loss Prevention Investigator

London Drugs Limited is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team at our Head Office in Richmond, BC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations into internal integrity issues, claims, information privacy, loss of inventory, organized retail crime, or serious financial crime.
The Loss Prevention Investigator will work closely with systems and internal and external stakeholders to detect internal causes of shrink and loss, ensuring compliance to security standards and regulations.
Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in security practices and investigative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into internal integrity issues, claims, and loss of inventory
- Work with systems and stakeholders to detect internal causes of shrink and loss
- Ensure compliance to security standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Loss Prevention or related security experience
- Provincial security worker license
- Industry relevant training and professional certification (i.e. CFL, LPQ, PCI)
- High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
- Ability to analyze data and identify anomalies or exceptions
