We're building a world-class last mile operation, complemented by Amazon Flex, which works with independent contractors to make deliveries to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to work on the cutting edge of innovation, driving an improved experience for Amazon customers and delivery partners.
As a Program Manager for Flex Canada, you'll own strategy and initiatives to optimize pool health, fill rate, and delivery partner engagement. You'll work closely with functions across the organization, including technology, operations, and marketing teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Own the long-term roadmap for improving pool health and growing the Flex business across Canada
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives
• Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization
• Make resource tradeoffs and align Director and VP level leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities
• Own key performance indicators and work closely with the business to understand day-to-day opportunities and pain points
• Monitor project execution and ensure quality and timely delivery
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
