About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Flex team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our delivery systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of our systems.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
