We are building a premier last mile operation, significantly supported by Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex collaborates with independent contractors, known as Delivery Partners, to facilitate deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals have the opportunity to manage their own delivery businesses.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment, possesses a business mindset, and understands the critical factors that drive high performance, operationalizing and scaling these factors effectively. They are adept at diving deep into data, employing exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and formulate actionable plans.

This candidate communicates proficiently with both internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels, fostering strong relationships built on collaboration and trust. Additionally, they demonstrate the ability to maintain focus while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term strategy for enhancing business outcomes.
  • Utilize data inputs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide operational adjustments and develop sustainable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management teams on process enhancements and launch initiatives.
  • Make challenging resource trade-offs and align leadership on key inputs, outputs, and priorities.
  • Define and establish processes that can scale to meet increasing business demands.
  • Engage with the business to identify daily opportunities and challenges, implementing both short-term and long-term solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, overseeing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, complex formulas).
  • Experience working collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Skilled in complex problem-solving and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
