We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon Flex Canada team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business results and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and launch initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to inform operational decisions and drive business growth
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
- Intermediate level Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups)
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- MBA or Master's degree
