  • Serve plated dinners to guests, responding to requests for beverages, appetizers, and other needs in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Thoroughly clean event locations after completion, assisting with inventory, food storage, and other closeout tasks.
  • Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility, ensuring efficient and organized operations.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain catering facilities and equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests receive a positive experience at all times.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and products available, making informed recommendations to clients and guests.

Requirements:

  • Able to accurately read event orders and organize deliveries for the day, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • FoodSafe Level 1 Certification, with a valid driver's license (if required).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Extremely well-organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and guests.
