P&G Canada's Brand Operations Team is a strong multi-functional team comprised of expert media leaders focused on building industry leading media expertise, capabilities, and go to market strategies that drive media enabled growth across the P&G brand portfolio. Brand Operations works in close collaboration with P&G Canadian brand teams, North American and Global media teams, and local agency and media partners. P&G is looking for a Media Analytics and Operations Manager to join us full-time in Toronto as soon as possible. The Media Manager will be accountable for identifying, building, and managing TV and digital media capabilities and go to market strategies that continue to fuel media driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, Build, and Manage Best in Class Digital Capabilities that enable P&G's in-house media teams to step-change media driven growth
  • Leverage media mastery and data & analytics to drive best in class results across reach, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead centralized media operations including media stewardship and reporting
  • Lead Media Training & Knowledge Building for P&G
  • Forge new partnerships based on the changing landscape and evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities
  • Drive Best in Class partnership between P&G category teams, P&G US & Global media teams, and media partners

  • Minimum of College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years media experience preferably with a media agency or multichannel national advertising client
  • Strong data and analytic skills: a) experience using Excel (cross-tabbing, complex formulas, visualization); data manipulation tools such as SQL; Business Intelligence tools such as - Power BI/Tableau; b) able to Able to triangulate between data, brand goals and opportunities; c) has build or leveraged media data & analytics platforms and capabilities
  • Experience with Statistical Packages, e.g. SQL, Python, R, Matlab, SPSS, SAS and/or JMP
  • Strong Management Skills:
    • Proven skills at managing multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities, balancing short and long term needs and implications
    • Effective communication skills – able to leverage verbal and written communication to drive action; able to present and sell ideas to senior management
    • Ability to operate with discipline - relentless attention to detail and strong project management skills
