Marketing Specialist Job Description

At Discovery Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence and online reputation
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and analytics
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and email marketing tools
Work Environment:

The Marketing Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and project management skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The Marketing Specialist will work 30 hours per week.
