Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Leader to join our team at StandardAero. As a key member of our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the integration of our Salesforce systems, ensuring seamless data capture and analysis.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, scrubbing data as required and policing menu item lists.
  • Support user requests for data, driving targeted marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
  • Plan for and maintain the currency of our database, coordinating with IT and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to secure best value for our investment in the Salesforce platform.
Sales Operations
  • Track and report on sales leads, prospects, and opportunities, ensuring timely quote submissions.
  • Coordinate weekly calls with business units and sales teams to drive sales growth.
Sales Forecasts
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, driving informed decision-making.
Market Share
  • Develop regular market share analysis for all product lines, driving strategic planning and growth.
Contracts Pipeline
  • Own the bid process, ensuring prioritization and execution of long-term programs opportunities.
Sales Compensation
  • Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process, using metrics from Salesforce.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Communicate a compelling vision and sense of purpose, inspiring the team to achieve excellence.
  • Create a dynamic, responsive work environment, fostering open dialogue and collaboration.
  • Practice focused listening, settle disputes equitably, and find common ground.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role, with delivered and sustainable results.
  2. Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  3. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  4. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, ideally IT-related. Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is an asset, but not required.
Reporting Structure

The position reports to the Vice President - Marketing, within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
