About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process day-to-day transactions and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
