Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing online grocery delivery orders with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with attention to detail and quality in mind.
  • Pack orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct product codes and quantities.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products or freshest product selection.
  • Document and label all orders correctly through interpretation and understanding of documentation.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
