Job Summary: Maintenance Worker needed for part-time, permanent position at Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group in Montreal, QC.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairs and cleaning of the building.

  • Perform minor electrical work such as installing light fixtures, replacing old outlets and installing smoke detectors.
  • Maintain building envelope by applying sealants and caulking as required.
  • Carry out painting work as required.
  • Apply plaster if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment.
  • Be self-motivated and concerned with a job well done.
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently.
  • Be honest and reliable.
  • Be in good physical condition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (preferred).
  • 1 year of maintenance experience (preferred).

Shift Details:

  • Day shift.
  • Weekends as needed.
  • On call.

Language Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
