Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate residential mortgage and home equity loans through consultative selling skills
  • Engage with real estate agents, home builders, lawyers, accountants, and financial planners to generate new business opportunities
  • Meet with new members to discuss their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Monitor progress against sales goals and identify new member financial needs for cross-selling opportunities

  • Competitive commission compensation plan (75bps -100bps on closed/funded mortgages)
  • Guaranteed base salary for the first 6-months of employment and then a 100% commission structure

Requirements:

  • Mortgage industry or financial services knowledge in a customer-facing role
  • Flexible to travel and work variable hours in a fast-paced and competitive marketplace
  • Results-driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of two years' previous financial services experience preferred
