About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our dynamic team at TD Canada Trust. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and other centers of influence
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record and experience in business development
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
  • Post-secondary education (preferred)
