Product Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the Parts and XPS business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with the Product Strategy Manager, Engineering, Digital, and Sales teams to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product information and content strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage marketing production, product information, and assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product content.
- Contribute to improving the online product experience and customer engagement.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) in product information creation and support go-to-market activities.
- Prepare and present product documentation to internal stakeholders.
- Support marketing, digital, and sales teams in integrating product information into go-to-market plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in serviceability and repairability processes.
- Strong entrepreneurial and collaborative skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Bilingual English and French, both oral and written.
