Marketing Coordinator, Product

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Product to support the units of Parts and XPS. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Product Strategy team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop product information for Parts and XPS, including product characteristics and benefits, and work with cross-functional teams to define content needs and provide solid scenarios and justifications for our customers and dealers.
- Manage marketing production, product information, and assets to provide all necessary product content to PIM and DAM for Parts and XPS.
- Contribute to improving the online experience for Parts and XPS at BRP.
- Act as a voice of the customer (VOC) in product information creation and support various commercialization activities such as media introductions, special events, and the BRP Club.
- Prepare and present product documentation for the launch of Parts and XPS to all relevant teams, including Marketing, Sales, Planning, and international teams.
- Support Marketing, Digital, Commercialization, and Sales teams and contribute to integrating Parts and XPS into commercialization plans.
- Note: Hybrid work is allowed, but this role requires in-person presence at our Valcourt and Sherbrooke offices in Quebec. Occasional travel to attend Club BRP meetings and media presentations in North America is also required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Communication, or a related field with relevant experience or a strong interest in functions related to powersports, automotive, and heavy equipment engineering, parts, or after-sales.
- Experience with usage and maintenance processes is an asset.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively in an interfunctional environment.
- A team player enthusiast, passionate about repairing vehicles and the value of each customer's lifecycle.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or on a daily basis in English.
