Morguard is seeking a skilled Plumber to join their residential team at Rideau Towers and Leaside Towers.

The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted performance of all building systems and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing maintenance, including installations and repairs, to ensure compliance with safety codes.
  • Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance services on plumbing systems and components.
  • Prepare cost, time, and material estimates for projects and purchase supplies and materials as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs and installations for non-structural and non-vital systems of the property.
  • Supervise contractors working on-site and assist with various construction projects.

Requirements:

  • Provincial Trade Certified plumber
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in related trades
  • Knowledge of MS office programs
