We are looking for new talent to Manage our Eastern Region

This position you will require a strong personality with a good understanding of logistics. A background in transportation as well as excellent communication and computer skills are a must.

This position requires travel and the ability to be responsible for multiple teams. You will possess the soft skills to communicate effectively with your teams, have hard skills to execute your day to day and be coachable when taking directives from management.

Primary areas of responsibility will be but are not limited to the following:
  • Keep your regional terminals running efficiently and profitably
  • Assist with dispatch support and routing
  • Understand the sort
  • Build relationships with terminal managers and support where needed
  • Answer to Operations Manager on behalf of the terminals in your region
  • Responsible for cleanly and well-organized terminals
  • Assist with driver issues when necessary
You must have management experience, be a team builder, and do well with conflict management.

This position is for busy, fast paced terminals that run pretty much 24 hours Monday to Friday. There will be weekend work on occasion.
