Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and detect potential security threats
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and monitor situations, cameras, property, and events
  • Screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility
  • Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and clients to provide information and resolve issues
  • Monitor and report incidents, and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
