We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the creation of professional documents, including proposals, scope changes, and agreements.
- Monitor project financials and track opportunities and long leads with project managers.
- Generate reports on a bi-weekly or monthly basis and distribute to project management staff.
- Prepare agendas and attend management and project-related meetings.
- Set up projects as per company standards and maintain file compliance to Egis standards.
- Assist the proposal team with larger competitive pursuits, including gathering information and compiling submission packages.
- Post-secondary education in office administration.
- 3-5 years related work experience preferred.
- Previous work experience in preparation of professional documents or proposals.
- Previous work experience within the engineering industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to carry out detail-oriented tasks accurately and independently.
- Highly proficient on computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
