Senior Corporate Law Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Law Clerk to join our Corporate Services Group.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Corporate Law Clerk with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law to handle a variety of corporate matters, including incorporations, amalgamations, and annual returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with lawyers and clerks on multi-jurisdictional transactions
  • Manage multiple lawyers and their practices
  • Handle corporate transactional matters, including financings, share purchases, and closings
  • Provide Ontario support for corporate services work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
  • Experience working in a corporate database
  • Extensive knowledge of OBCA, CBCA, CIA, and LP Act
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
